S 8000 IQ with 6 chambers
During the development of the S 8000 IQ system, particular attention was given to the stability of the profiles. The main chamber was designed to support steel reinforcements, providing greater structural integrity.
The result is a profile with very high bending stiffness due to standard reinforcements, further enhancing profile stability. This allows for the creation of large window elements, enabling manufacturers to offer customers larger windows.
The maximum height of window elements depends on the window width and the resulting total area. Large windows are subject to significant forces, but sturdy steel reinforcements ensure high bending strength, facilitating the construction of large-scale windows.
The system offers excellent thermal insulation due to the six chambers in both the frame and sash profiles. It is also designed for easy cleaning, thanks to the large rebate in the frame.
The system is available in two versions: a fully recessed option with double-inclined glazing bead, or a semi-recessed version with a rounded glazing bead.
Gealan S9000
The S9000 system is GEALAN’s latest generation of windows. Its innovative design, combined with STV static glazing technology, significantly helps reduce heating costs and associated CO2 emissions.

Futura
Gealan Futura
The GEALAN-FUTURA® range includes window solutions suitable for passive houses, available in coloured versions. It combines various profiles within the S 9000 system, allowing the construction of coloured window elements for passive houses, following the ift directive WA-15/2, using standard profiles and 2 mm steel reinforcements.
The verified Uf coefficient of 0.89 W/m²K highlights its excellent thermal insulation capabilities. With the GEALAN-FUTURA® system and STV® bonding technique, sash dimensions of up to 2.40 m are achievable.
Gealan Futura
Optimised thermal insulation
The development of a system with optimal thermal insulation wasn’t by chance but the outcome of targeted research and development. Numerous tests confirm the outstanding insulation values, achieving a Uf coefficient of 0.92 W/m²K when paired with standard steel reinforcements. This makes the system ideal for use in passive house applications, thanks to the innovative features built into the design.

The clear, angular design of the GEALAN-LINEAR® profile aligns perfectly with modern architectural trends. It is ideal for double-glazed windows and doors, particularly in new builds, driving a movement towards bright, open facades with defined angular shapes and clean lines.
